I'm Monika, and I help people transform their lives through the powerful practice of Rebirthing Breathwork. I trained in Greece with Katia Boustani, who studied under Leonard Orr, one of the pioneers of modern breathwork. Leonard Orr developed Rebirthing Breathwork in the 1970s and is regarded as the father of the modern breathwork movement. My background is rooted in helping people.
