Welcome! I’m Margherita Dal Pra and my mission is to help you on your path of self-discovery through yoga, nutrition and self-help. I live in London where I teach classes at The Life Centre as well as in Muswell Hill . I also organize yoga retreats worldwide, for example in Italy, Spain or Goa in India, and I offer private yoga classes in London .
