Passionate about movement in its various forms, Cláudia has an early interest in travel and different cultures. She loves giving Yoga classes indoors and outdoors in bright and inspiring places. Always lived in Parede, which she considers to be a privilege for being a unique place, a village by the sea, close to the center of Lisbon and the magical Serra de Sintra.
