Liz Daneu, the founder of Island Girl Yoga Experience. I am proud to be a Yoga Alliance RYT-500, E-RYT-200 and YACEP instructor with certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama Breathwork, Sound Healing and Yoga for Anxiety and Depression. I am also certified in Somatic Healing, a cutting edge modality that integrates breath, movement and cognition to release stored trauma and neutralize learned reactions and behaviors. I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years! Yoga instructors participating in my workshops and coursework during my retreats can count their hours toward CEUs.
