Your retreat is guided by the certified Isla team — the same instructors who teach our local community every day in our Bophut studio. May, our founder, leads the brand and looks after every retreat guest personally from enquiry through to your closing morning. Yui, Nek and Eye are our Reformer Pilates instructors.
