Aday has a Master's degree in Psychology and is an expert in Gestalt therapy. He started practicing Yoga and learning about Tantra at Escuela Vedica with Swami Shankaratilakananda in Granada, Spain back in 2006. In 2013, he trained in Ayurvedic Panchakarma and Yoga therapy with doctor Nayana Rao, Udupi, India and participated in the organization of several detox retreats and teachings of Ayurvedic abhyangam and shirochampi massage.
