Antonio Raptis
Born in 1976, Antonios, also known as Shankar, has explored various energetic diets, types of yoga, meditation techniques, and holistic approaches to well-being. In 2006, he met his first spiritual teacher, Michael P, in Greece, and began learning about the connection between the land, spirits, humans, and the divine. Antonios has received initiations in Dzogchen and Kriya Yoga. Since 2018, he has been following a continuous Sadhana practice guided by Guruji Rajkumar Baswar, one of India's last traditional tantric teachers.
