Eva Drabkova
Eva (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is the main teacher trainer at Floripa. Her Vinyasa classes are a blend of basic and advanced poses created into dynamic flow and to cultivate body and breath awareness. The practice gradually builds up towards challenging poses with respect to individual needs. Her teacher trainings are enriched by information from modern and traditional teachings about mind and consciousness (Neuroscience, Veda, and Tantra) and is focused on self-exploration of physical and mental capabilities.
