Hello, I’m Nadia. I’m a yoga and somatic guide, photographer, and sound healer. I’m a 300-hour Jivamukti-trained teacher and a 500-hour E-RYT, with over 1,200 hours of training in yoga and related practices. My path into this work began through a personal need to reconnect with my body and inner experience. What started as a physical practice became a deeper exploration of emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
