Teddi
Teddi is our star yoga teacher. His journey began with winning a national yoga festival in Indonesia, representing Bali, and he has continued teaching ever since. Teddi's yoga philosophy focuses on the unification of movement, breath, and body. He brings fun and joy to his teaching, adapting it to all abilities, and enriching the journeys of countless students and everyone he meets.

Eli, Born and raised in Bali, has been in love with Yoga for over a decade. Her journey began with the practice of Hatha Yoga, after which she was introduced to Vinyasa Flow, which is immediately connected with this style, where asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. She trained extensively with both Balinese and Indian Gurus in the practices of yoga, meditation, and energy (“Qi”) movement. Eli loves exploring what she calls “inner yoga”, the practice of which triggers awareness and experience of the connection between the mind and the body.
