My name is Dimitra, though many know me as Ieri Pnoi, a name that means “Sacred Breath.” I have the joy and honor of managing Ariadne’s Garden, a place where inner and outer landscapes meet. My journey brings me at the crossroads of the soul and the image, the body and the sacred. I hold a BA in Philosophy from the University of Athens and an MA in Dance & Movement Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
