Coach Kyle is the owner and operator of 1 Team Fitness Retreat. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer and health coach for over 15 years. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and an Associates in Sports Management. He is also certified in sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, and is a golf fitness specialist. Kyle also taught elementary PE for 7 years in the Hillsborough County School District and works well with all ages and levels!
